Terms of Use
These terms govern your relationship with WFR: what we commit to, what you commit to, and the limits of each side responsibility.
1. Acceptance
By using WFR you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service.
We may amend these terms, and you will be notified of any material change before it takes effect.
2. Nature of the service
WFR is a service provider acting as a principal: it buys, executes and delivers itself, sets its own price and turnaround, and carries full responsibility for the result.
WFR is not an intermediary between two parties, is not a money transfer channel, and does not provide currency exchange services.
3. The governing rule
The beneficiary receives a service or goods, and never receives cash.
Every catalog service passes this test before it is published. Any request whose final output is cash to the beneficiary is refused, whatever it is called.
4. Account and eligibility
The service is for people aged eighteen and over with the capacity to contract.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, for protecting access to your account, and for all activity carried out through it.
One account per person. Multiple accounts used to bypass limits put all of them at risk of suspension.
5. Identity verification
Identity verification is a condition for completing transactions, and covers the national number or passport, a photo of the document, and a live selfie for matching.
Verification levels are tied to amount limits, and moving up a level opens a higher limit.
Submitting a false or impersonated document suspends the account immediately and may require reporting to the competent authorities.
6. Orders and quotes
Services with a published price are paid directly. Everything else enters pricing and you receive an itemised quote.
A quote expires at the end of the day it was issued, because it rests on that day exchange rate.
Your acceptance is what fixes the price and the exchange rate, not your payment.
An accepted quote binds WFR — there is no increase after acceptance.
You may accept, decline, or request a revision. A revision request voids the quote and issues a new one.
7. Payment window
Once you accept a quote, a published payment window starts, independent of the quote validity.
If the window passes without payment, the order is dropped and the hold released; it can be re-priced if you wish.
8. Payment
Payment is by card through an approved gateway, or by bank transfer with an uploaded receipt.
A receipt image is not proof of payment. The proof is the movement appearing on our bank statement, and until then the order stays in payment verification.
A receipt is never accepted twice. A short amount is not accepted, and an excess amount is credited to you and never absorbed.
Including the order reference in your transfer is a condition for fast processing.
9. Execution details and your responsibility
The execution detail field — an account number, a student number, a username — is entered by you and its accuracy is your responsibility.
A confirmation screen is shown before payment, and the value is echoed back to you in the order-received notification. Review it immediately.
It can be changed only before the order is assigned for execution. After that it is locked, and a correct execution against a wrong detail is not grounds for a refund.
10. Customs and duties
For cross-border physical services, customs duties are estimated at pricing and an upper cap is declared for them.
Anything above the declared cap is borne by WFR. Anything below it is returned to you.
11. Execution, turnaround and proof
Every service carries a published turnaround we commit to, counted from payment confirmation and not from order creation.
Every order carries documented proof of execution or delivery, made available to you in the app.
The order amount is held and is not released to us until the service is executed and accepted.
12. Refunds and cancellation
Failure to execute triggers a full automatic refund.
You may cancel before execution starts. After it starts, cancellation is subject to what has actually been spent.
Physical goods already cleared through customs are not returnable like a digital service, and follow a separate return policy published with the service.
13. Prohibited items and services
The following are not accepted, and are refused before payment rather than after:
- Any service whose final output is cash to the beneficiary.
- Topping up any wallet or account that can be withdrawn as cash.
- Settling a debt to an individual with no registered creditor entity and no debt document.
- Medicines and regulated medical preparations.
- Weapons, weapon parts, hazardous and flammable materials.
- Goods subject to sanctions or dual-use export controls.
- Anything prohibited by customs law in the destination country or refused by the carrier.
- Any service that breaches the terms of the target platform.
14. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order in dispute.
We are not liable for what lies outside our control: decisions of official bodies, customs instructions, an outage at the institution the service is carried out with, or force majeure.
We are not liable for the outcome of incorrect details you entered where execution is proven to have followed them exactly.
15. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or failure to verify.
Suspension does not remove your right to the value of any order that was not executed.
16. Disputes
We aim to resolve any dispute through support first, and every order carries a full evidence pack that is shown to you.
These terms are governed by the law of the country of incorporation, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute not settled amicably.
